1. General
At toyscitys, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. By placing an order with Nuvéna Naturals, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed, checked, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.
During busy periods such as holidays, sales, promotions, or high demand, processing time may be longer.
We are not liable for delays in processing due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
3. Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5 to 14 working days after shipment.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to:
Busy carriers.
Holidays or seasonal influences. Customs inspections or import procedures.
Important: All delivery times are indicative and not binding. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Promotions such as free shipping apply only if explicitly stated on our website.
Free shipping can be combined with insurance for theft, loss, or damage, if indicated.
5. Customs, taxes, and import duties
For international shipments, customs costs, import duties, and taxes may apply.
These costs are entirely at the customer's expense and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs resulting from customs procedures.
6. Incorrect or incomplete address details
You are responsible for correctly and completely entering your address details.
If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details, we are not liable, and any additional shipping costs will be passed on to the customer.
7. Loss or damage during shipment
We pack our products carefully to prevent damage during transport.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but are not liable for loss or damage caused by third parties. 8. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

9. Returns

Returns that have not been registered in advance, and for which the customer has not received the correct return address from us, are not eligible for a refund.
The costs and risks of return shipments lie entirely with the customer.
For hygienic reasons, opened products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
10. Shipping Location
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. As a result, international delivery times, customs procedures, and any additional costs may apply.
